Candlelit Slow Flow

This candlelit slow flow yoga class offers a serene and meditative experience with gentle candlelight, creating a tranquil atmosphere for slow stretching and deep breathing. The practice encourages mindfulness and promotes inner stillness. Participants experience a sense of release and tranquility, making it a perfect retreat for self-care and inner peace. This class is beginner friendly & all levels are welcome. This class is not heated.
