Pilates *ReAligned Body & Mind*

This class combines Pilates principles with therapeutic exercise to build core strength and re-educate muscles of the upper and lower extremity. Students can expect a slow burn workout with a focus on creating spinal alignment and better posture. The goal is to grow the connection between the mind and body so that you can feel and function optimally! This class can be modified to suit students of all backgrounds and exercise history. No Pilates experience required.
