Join us for this special Pilates class where we’ll combine classic Pilates movements with the powerful benefits of foam rollers and therapy balls. This unique session is designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility, and experience deep muscle release.

Whether you're an athlete, a desk dweller, or simply looking to ease tight muscles and reconnect with your body, this class will leave you feeling open, strong, and refreshed.
