Power Yoga

This class will be heated, weights are optional, and all levels are welcome! This class will get your blood flowing and give you a great workout! Our expert instructors will lead you though gentle stretches, yoga sequences, and moves that will challenge your muscles leaving you feeling good! Cold eucalyptus wash cloth offered after class during shavasana! Bring a mat and water!
